- Primero. RECHAZAR POR IMPERTINENTE la recusacion presentada por el Magistrado doctor Jaime Araujo Renteria, quien dijo actuar como ciudadano, contra el Magistrado doctor Marco Gerardo Monroy Cabra en el tramite de recusacion formulado en el incidente de nulidad de la sentencia C-355 de 2006.
